How my services work
Because everyone has different needs and every project is unique, I assess each project individually and provide an estimate. While I do have a standard working rate, projected completion time for projects varies greatly. Please contact me so I can evaluate your needs and give you a project estimate.
What I expect from you
I expect that you get what you want in the end. I promise to do everything I can to satisfy all of your needs that were stated in our initial agreement. For payment, I accept cash, check, or paypal. I expect one half of the total payment before the project is started and the remaining half on completion (this can be negotiated into other payment plans).
Terms of service
Before any work is started, I need:
- A signed agreement with the terms discussed.
- Half of the total payment or payment plan, as outlined in the above agreement.
Upon completion of project, Scott Tolinski : Design / Tora Productions will own all content produced until final payment is received. Once payment is received, finalized content will be distributed to the client. I (Tora Productions) maintain the rights to use this created material for personal promotion, unless otherwise negotiated.
